Straight from the pages of DC Comics comes a trailer for the next direct to DVD movie, Justice League: Doom.  Scripted by the late Dwayne McDuffie, Justice League: Doom looks tailor-made for fans like me who grew up with the Super Friends TV show. The new movie introduces an updated Legion of Doom led by the immortal Vandal Savage.

Many familiar voices are back for this film, including Tim Daly as Superman, Kevin Conroy as Batman and Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern.

Justice League: Doom should be out 1st quarter 2012.  Stop into Alter Ego Comics to pre-order your copy.

The new Castle original graphic novel, Richard Castle’s  Deadly Storm, based on the hit ABC TV show will be available at Alter Ego Comics this Wednesday, and you can get a sneak peek on tonight’s episode of Castle.

Written by Brian Michael Bendis and Kelly Sue Deconnick with art by Lan Medina, this “adaptation” of Derrick Storm’s first novel adventure takes our hero from the gritty world of the private eye all the way to the globe-hopping intrigue of the CIA. Prepare for the first real Derrick Storm adventure.
